Meet Chestnut Oak's Timpani (large Drum), born 3/24/13 at 2:00am.  This beautiful filly is perfectly marked black, with four matching high white stockings, belly spots, wide blaze, two brown eyes. She is very large and big boned, going to be a large tall girl. Dottie did an excellent job being a 1st time mom and both were vet checked and healthy as well...horses :)

Steege's Lisa is a beautiful mahogany bay with dapples double registered American Shire Horse Association 7/8 and Foundation Certified American/International Drum Horse Association shire mare.  This gorgeous mare is about as perfect as you can get with four perfectly matched white socks and a nice even blaze!  She boasts some of the best Champion shire blood out there with Rhyd-Y-Groes Premier King her grandsire on the top, and Four L's Black Calypso her grandsire on the bottom, what a pedigree!

Lisa has a heads-up, uphill build, awesome neck, nice bone, excellent conformation, and is extremely light on her feet with a floaty to-die-for dressage trot! She would make a fabulous dressage prospect.  She is forward moving, has a great work ethic and loves to be ridden on the trails. Lisa is trained to ride and drive, as well as halter, and was shown by Roger Thoms and his wife Linda in halter and hitch classes at the 2001 K.I.L.E. Regional Shire Show in Harrisburg, PA, placing very well in Mens Cart, Ladies Cart, and Yeld Mare 4 yrs. & older Halter Class. Although we have not driven her for a few years so she would need a tune up.
